JIU has been planed and prepared since year 2006 with the establishment of Foundation Duranno Indonesia. 50,000 m2 of land at Delta Mas have been purchased for JIU campus at 2008, and campus master plan has been completed by collaboration work of architects from Korea and America on year 2014. By March, 2016 and August, 2017, each establishment-recommendation for JIU College of Economics and JIU College of Foreign Languages have been issued by West Java High Education Council. JIU will start enrollment for English Language & Literature major and Accounting major by Fall 2018. On March, 2017, the main building of JIU has been completed and JIU staffs and affiliates moved in to the new facility. Now, the main building is ready for students with lecture rooms, auditorium, library, music room, computer rooms, student’s cafeteria as well as school administration facilities. JIU campus construction is 15 years long project with five step development plan, and will gradually add student dormitories, staff residences, gymnasium and buildings for each department. By year 2025, JIU will become a global level international university with more than 2,500 students and 150 professors and staff members.
